Why? An argument for pro-ban presented in the video accompanying the article is that children that young don't have the life skills to even be present at a restaurant to begin with, so they shouldn't be there.

What if you could pay for the meal, but not a baby sitter? If you had no food in your house from like an accident, but you had money for ONE hot meal, yet no one to watch your unruly child, you would be pissed off.
